The art program introduces students to painting, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture. The students learn the elements of art and principles of design through a particular artist, culture, and cross curriculum projects. The art program encourages students to be independent and creative thinkers.

Students participate in “Picture the Music” sponsored by the St. Louis Symphony Volunteer Association, the Archdiocesan Art Show, Poison Prevention Poster contest, Missing Children Poster Contest and other contests as they are available and for the age appropriate levels.
